I recently completed my pre-license course with Barney Fletcher in Duluth. I cannot say enough about my instructor, Holly. She is a remarkable lady with an incredible depth of knowledge, and in conducting this particular class, it was abundantly clear that she really, really cares that her students grasp all of the content. She took the time and attention to make sure of that, including making herself available after hours, weekends, and even shared her phone number for us to call when we had questions. I called her on a weekend and she responded right away, and I sent her a couple of emails and got immediate responses. Taking Marquise's real estate class was an incredibly rewarding experience! Marquise has a unique ability to make learning both fun and entertaining, transforming what could be a dry subject into something engaging and lively. If you were looking to get into real estate school then Barney fletcher is the one for you. I highly recommend this school on your new career path. Whenever I was having trouble login  or anything in general Barney fletcher school help me immediately. My instructor Marquis Jetter was amazing instructor and the best to ever do it. He gives you real life scenarios that gives you a better understanding on what you’re learning. Marquis made the class feel like family and entourage  every student. His energy was wonderful for  every class period, he knows how to put a smile on your face and make you laugh as well, which made the class fun and easy to learn. I signed up for Marquise Jeter’s night class without knowing what to expect, but the overall experience was top notch!
He’s one of the best and brightest in this field, he also made the course very interesting, had my full attention for all 6 weeks! Thank you Mr Jetter for setting me on the right path in this journey!

Barney Fletcher is definitely  worth the money. This was a great learning environment and our instructor Marquise, was top notch all the way! Marquise was an awesome instructor. Ms. Jan Marie Elder was great, I passed my school final exam and state exam on the first attempt. I was licensed within the same week that I finished the pre license class. If you’re reading this, it’s your sign to enroll in the Pre License Real Estate Sales class at the Atlanta Airport South location with Marquise Jetter. Not after you read a few more reviews, not tomorrow..TODAY..right now! Marquise made this class fun while still very informative. He truly poured everything into us as he promised on the very first day and for that I’m forever grateful. I’ve learned so much in such a few short weeks. As long as you continue to “apply pressure”throughout the duration of the course you will absolutely PASS while feeling confident and excited for what’s to come.
